The Beam - CRE Advisors
FALL 2019
The Beam is an office space for CRE Advisors, a commercial real estate company that is new to the Tempe location. The Urban Narrative is what lead the inspiration of this design. We wanted to provide a space that supports the clients, users and the community through emphasis on wellness, technology and collaboration. Encourage growth of the users and the space through inclusivity, connection and productivity. As well as create a story by showcasing the building through the user's passion and community's culture.

CRE Advisors are located on both the first and fifth floors of the building. First floor is dedicated for visitors, community events, client meeting spaces and is an informal office space. Our fifth floor is a traditional workplace with free address offices created to motivate people in a collaborate environment. This includes meeting rooms, work cafe, multi use space, collaborative spaces and IT center.
