Hi I am hoping you're enjoying your lastest hair accessory, but if you're not satisfied with the product due to: a seam tear, elastic break, or the hair tie is simply too small I am happy to replace the item for you. However, I do ask you to fill out an email form on my contact page and send a picture of the problem. Thank you for your understanding and hope the replacement will sufice.
